Mung Kavum
Mung Kavum is a traditional Sri Lankan sweet made from a mixture of mung bean flour and rice flour, sweetened with treacle. The dough is shaped into small, decorative pieces, deep-fried until golden, and typically coated with a thin layer of sugar syrup.
